Dhal Paratha with Raw Mango pickle n Curds !
  • Cooked Dhal - 1 cup
  • Wheat flour- 11/2 cups 
  •  salt to taste 
  • oil-2 tsp
  •  chilli powder-2tsp
  • coriender powder-1tsp 
  •  garam masala powder-1tsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves-3 tsp  
  •  kasuri methi-1/4 th tsp
  • Ajwain -1/4 th tsp

Method

Pressure cook Dhal .. keep aside
In a bowl add Wheat flour, cooked dhal ,salt, all d powders, ajwain, kasuri methi, coriender leaves , oil ,mix properly n make a dough .. add litle water if required .. keep aside for 10 mts ..
 Roll into parathas and fry nicely with oil/ghee ! serve hot with pickle n curds :)
