Instant Idlies with Phova ( Beaten rice ) n Rice Rawa .
- Thin Phova /Beaten rice..1 cup
- Sour Curds... 1 cup
- Idly Rawa ..11/2 cups
- Water for consistency
- Salt to taste
Method
Wash phova
In a bowl add phova n curds . Soak it for about 5 mts.
Once it becomes mushy , mash it well . Add rice rawa ( idly rawa) , salt , water for idly batter consistency n allow it to sit for about 10 mts . No need for fermentation .
Grease an idly mould , add the batter n steam for a bout 15 mts .
Serve with spicy chutney/Sambar .
