Varahi (Barnyard millet) Idlies
- 1 Cup-Urid dhal
- 1 cup - Varahi ( Barnyard Millet )
- salt to taste
Soak Urid dhal for 3 hrs n grind to a fine paste ..remove it ..
Wash n grind varahi ( Barnyard Millet ) just for 1 round ..about 2 minutes .
Mix both and then ferment overnight adding salt .
Grease idli mould with oil and Pour the batter in it n steam for 20 mts !
serve hot with chutney or sambar !
