Banana Zeera Butter Rotti
- Whole Wheat Flour - 2 cup's
- Fully Ripened banana -2
- Sugar - 2 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 2 tsp
- Butter - 1 tblsp
- Green chilly - 2 ( optional )
- Salt to taste .
Method
Mash the ripened banana well with hands .
Finely chop the green chilly
In a bowl add the mashed banana's, salt, sugar, chopped green chilly, cumin seeds n butter . Mix well ... Add whole wheat flour n prepare a soft dough . Set aside for few mts .
Make lemon sized balls of the dough , roll into round disc shape like Rotti .
Heat a tawa , place the rolled roti on the heated tawa , add little ghee n roast on both sides .
Serve hot .
