Spicy Charmburi /Murmura in Hing Based Flavor
- Charmburi /Murmura -3 cup's
- Oil -1 tblsp
- Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
- Hing - Generous pinch
- Turmeric Powder -1/4 th tsp
- Red chilly powder -1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method
In a kadai , dry roast charmburi on sim flame just for few seconds till crisp ,remove it or can dry the same under sun till crisp .
In the same kadai add oil n splutter mustard seeds , add hing n stir for few seconds , Switch off and add turmeric powder n red chilly powder , stir again for few seconds . Add salt n mix well .Add the charmburi n mix well again .
Store in air tight container,
