Kadgi Ghassi ( Raw Jack fruit cooked in coconut based gravy )

 Kadgi Ghassi  ( Raw Jack fruit cooked in coconut based gravy  ) 
  • Raw Jack fruit pieces - 2  cup's 

To grind 

  • Grated coconut- 2  cup's 
  • Roasted dry red chillies - 4 to 6 
  • Tamarind -Tamarind seed size 
  • Salt to taste 

Seasoning 

  • Oil-2 tsp 
  • Mustard seeds ..1/2 tsp 
  • Curry leaves -1 sprig  


Method 
Wash the jack fruit pieces . 

Pressure cook chopped raw jack fruit pieces for 2 whistle .

Grind all the ingredients meant to grind to a fine paste .

Add the ground paste to the cooked stuffs n boil again n then give the seasoning  
.
