Terrace Grown Coriander leaves -Kothimbir Vadi Tawa Roasted
- Besan /Gram flour-1 cup
- Finely chopped coriander leaves -2 1/2 cups
- Rice flour -3 tsp
- Cumin seeds-1 tsp
- Coriander Powder-1tsp
- Chilly Powder-1 tsp
- Garam masala Powder-1/2 tsp
- Cumin Powder -1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder-1/4 th tsp
- Salt to taste
Method
In a bowl mix all the above ingredients , sprinkle little water ..this dough has to be thick , knead it , grease the hands with oil n then shape the dough to cylindrical shape .
Heat the steamer , grease the plate n place the cylindrical dough n steam it for 20 mts .. cool n slice into slant cut's .
Heat a tawa , drizzle oil n place the sliced steamed vadi side by side n roast on both sides till crisp .
Serve hot with any spicy dip ..
