Badam Pedha

Badam Pedha 

  • Badam Milk Powder -100 gram 
  • Khova -125 gram 
  • Milk -100 ml 
  • Ghee -50 gram 
  • Blanched Almonds - a few to garnish 


Method 
In a pan mix badam milk powder , Khova n Milk , heat this paste on low flame for about 2 to 3 mts . Then add ghee n again cook for 2 to 3 mts till it leaves the sides of the pan . Turn off the gas n allow it to cool for 10 mts n then make Pedhas n garnish with blanched almonds .
