In a kadai add oil n splutter mustard seeds, add urid dhal n fry for a while , then , add chopped green chilles , curry leaves n fry for a minute . Add the fresh alsande bee along with little water n salt ..cover n cook till done .Then do the garnishing . Mix well n serve hot .
- Fresh Alsande B/ Yardlong Beans pods - 2 cups
- Salt to taste

- Oil- 2 tsp
- Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
- Urid dhal- 1 tsp
- Green chilles -3 or according to the spice,chopped
- Curry leaves- 1 sprig
Garnish
- Grated coconut- 2 tsp
- Hing water /Asafoetida water -1/2 tsp
