Katsambar Rice Appo
- Urid Dhal - 1 cup heaped
- Katsambar Rice -1 cup
- Kani Tandulu /Broken Rice - 2 cup's
- Salt to taste
Method
Wash n soak Urid dhal , katsambar rice n broken rice together for about 5 to 6 hours n grind to a fine paste . Add salt n ferment overnight .
Heat appa pan ..apply oil ..pour in batter n roast both sides .
Serve hot with chutney .
