Mixed Vegetable Green Masala Koorma .
- Green Peas -1/2 cup
- Carrot , Cauliflower florets, Potato , Beans , Chayote squash-Peeled n chopped - 2 cup's altogether .
- Garam Masala Powder-1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
To Grind to a paste
- Grated coconut -1/2 cup
- Hurikadale/Roasted Gram -1 tblsp
- Green chilly -3 or according to the spice
- Onion - 1
- Ginger -1 inch piece
- Garlic flakes -6 to 8
- Cloves -3
- Cinnamon=1 inch stick
- Coriander Leaves - 1 fist
Seasoning
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Onion -1 chopped
- Tomato -1 chopped
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Method
Wash n pressure cook the chopped vegetable for 1 whistle .
Grind all the ingredients meant to grind to a fine paste
In a kadai add oil , add chopped onion n fry till it turns pinkish red , then add ginger garlic paste n stir again for few seconds . Add chopped tomato n fry till the raw smell goes .Add the ground paste n fry well till the raw smell goes . Add all the powders , n stir for few seconds , add salt , cooked vegetables n little water n boil ...
