Dudde leaves Upkari/Tender Pumpkin leaves stir fry .
- Tender Pumpkin leaves ... 12
- Tender stem chopped to 3 inch pieces ..6
- Jaggery ..a small piece
- Salt to taste
Seasoning
- Oil 1 tsp
- Mustrad seeds .. 1/2 tsp
- Dry red chilly 2 or 3
Garnishing
- Grated coconut ..1 tblsp
Method
Wash the pumpkin leaves n chop them ...
In a kadai add oil , splutter mustard seeds, then add torn dry red chilles, chopped leaves n stem ... little water, piece of jaggery , salt n cook till done ... later do the garnishing n mix well ...
