Dudde leaves Upkari/Tender Pumpkin leaves stir fry

Dudde leaves Upkari/Tender Pumpkin leaves stir fry . 

  • Tender Pumpkin leaves ... 12 
  • Tender stem chopped to 3 inch pieces ..6 
  • Jaggery ..a small piece
  • Salt to taste


 Seasoning 

  • Oil 1 tsp
  •  Mustrad seeds .. 1/2 tsp 
  • Dry red chilly 2 or 3  


Garnishing 

  • Grated coconut ..1 tblsp 


Method 
Wash the pumpkin leaves n chop them ... 

In a kadai add oil , splutter mustard seeds, then add torn dry red chilles, chopped leaves n stem ... little water, piece of jaggery , salt n cook till done ... later do the garnishing n mix well ...
