Peanut Chutney ..Version 2
- Peanuts... 1 handful
- Small pieces of dry Copra/ dry coconut or fresh grated coconut ...2 tsp ( I used dry copra pieces )
- Ginger..small piece
- Garlic..1 flake
- Onion sliced .. 1/2 of 1 onion
- Curry leaves.. 4 to 5 leaves
- Tamarind .. Gooseberry size
- Dry red chilliy...3
- Green chilliy ...1 ( sliced )
- Oil..2 tsp
- salt to taste.
Seasoning
Method
In a pan add oil n Roast the peanuts, both the chilles , sliced onion ,curry leaves .. cool n grind it along with tamarind, ginger piece,garlic, dry or fresh coconut to form a smooth paste , remove add salt n then season .
Use for idly/Dosa
- Oil..1 tsp
- Mustard seeds ..1/2 tsp
- Urad Dhal ..1/2 tsp
