Whole Black Chana Panchkadayi
- Whole Black Chana ..1/2 cup
- Cloves ..2
- Laayi Pitto/Popped Paddy Powdered .. 1 Cup
- Grated Coconut ... 1 cup
- Jaggery ...1 orange size
- Cardamom powder..1 tsp
Method
Dry roast black whole chana n cloves ... cool n powder it
Finely grate fresh coconut ..
In a kadai melt jaggery with little water . switch off the flame . To it add the finely grated fresh coconut ,mix well ...then add the roasted whole black chana clove powder, laayi pitto , mix well n lastly add cardamom powder . Mix well .
