Rulava Kheeri/Semolina Payasa

  • Semolina .. 1/2 cup 
  • Thick Coconut Milk .. 2 cup's 
  • Milk ... 2 cup's 
  • Sugar.. 1/2 cup
  • Ghee .. 2 tsp to fry the semolina n 2 tsp to fry cashew nuts n raisins  
  • Cashew nut's ..broken 6 
  • Raisins..6
  • Cardamom powder .. 1/2 tsp 


Method
Boil Milk 
Add ghee in kadai n fry semolina on low flame till it changes colour n gives an aroma but dont overdo it ... Add milk n cook till the semolina is soft . Add sugar n cook till it is dissolved n then add the thick coconut milk n give a quick boil .. in a pan add ghee ,roast cashew nuts , raisins n add to the kheer along with cardamom powder n mix well .
