Rulava Kheeri/Semolina Payasa
- Semolina .. 1/2 cup
- Thick Coconut Milk .. 2 cup's
- Milk ... 2 cup's
- Sugar.. 1/2 cup
- Ghee .. 2 tsp to fry the semolina n 2 tsp to fry cashew nuts n raisins
- Cashew nut's ..broken 6
- Raisins..6
- Cardamom powder .. 1/2 tsp
Method
Boil Milk
Add ghee in kadai n fry semolina on low flame till it changes colour n gives an aroma but dont overdo it ... Add milk n cook till the semolina is soft . Add sugar n cook till it is dissolved n then add the thick coconut milk n give a quick boil .. in a pan add ghee ,roast cashew nuts , raisins n add to the kheer along with cardamom powder n mix well .
