Blorean Rasam Powder
- Coriander seeds..1 cup
- Cumin Seeds ..2 tsp
- Methi seeds /Fenugreek seeds .. 2 tsp
- Pepper corns ..11/2 tsp
- Red chilly ..125 gms'
- Turmeric ..1 piece ( crushed )
- Curry leaves ..1 cup
- Mustard seeds..1/2 tsp
- Hing/Asafoetida ... generous pinch
- Oil..1 tblsp
Method
In a kadai add oil n fry all the ingredients separately on low flame till the aroma oozes out . Cool n powder it .
Store in air tight container. this will remain fresh for about 6 months . .
