Kirlayile Kulithu with Magge Ambat ( Sprouted Horse Gram with Mlore yellow cucumber cooked in coconut based gravy )

Kirlayile Kulithu with Magge Ambat ( Sprouted Horse Gram with Mlore yellow cucumber cooked in coconut based gravy ) 

• Sprouted horse gram ..1 cup 
• Chopped Mlore yellow cucumber without skin ..1 cup
•  Onion ..1 medium roughly chopped 

To grind to a fine paste 

• Grated coconut ..1 cup 
• Roasted dry red chilly ..5 
• Tamarind ..Tamarind seed size 
• Salt to taste  

Seasoning 

• Oil..2 tsp
• Chopped onion ..1 tblsp 

Method 

Cook the sprouted horse  gram , chopped Mlore yellow cucumber n chopped onion in little water till cooked n not mushy . ( or you can pressure cook for 1 whistle ) 

Grind all the ingredients meant to grind into a fine paste .Add this ground paste to the cooked vegetables n boil well .Then give the seasoning
