Green Chutney Sandwich
- Bread Slices ... 6
- Butter ..1 tblsp
For green chutney
- Mint leaves ..1/2 cup
- Coriander leaves..1/2 cup
- Ginger..1/2 inch piece
- Garlic flakes..2
- Onion..1
- Green chilly ..3
- Jaggery.. marble size
- Lime juice ..1 tblsp
- Salt to taste
Method
Grind all the ingredients except lime juice to a fine paste without adding water . Remove add lime juice n mix well
For sandwich
Apply butter to one side of the bread n then apply the chutney , place another bread slice n apply butter on top of it .
Heat a tawa n place the buttered sandwich n roast on both sides .
Note : to make it healthy place cucumber, onion n tomato roundels in between the sandwich before roasting .
