Mutter Mushroom
- Green peas..1 cup
- Mushrooms..1 packet
- Oil..2 tblsp
- Green Cardamon..3
- Cinnamon ..1 inch
- Onions..2 large
- Ginger Garlic paste ..1 tsp
- Tomato Puree..1/2 cup
- Red Chilly Powder..2 tsp
- Coriander powder.2 tsp
- Turmeric powder.. 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala powder..1 tsp
- Cashew nut paste ..1/2 cup ( dissolved in 1 cup of water )
- Water ..1 cup
- Salt to taste .
Method
Wash green peas n Mushrooms ,,Chop Mushrooms n onions . . '
Heat oil in a kadai add green cardamom, Cinnamon n onions n saute till light golden brown . Add ginger garlic paste n saute for a second then add tomato puree n again fry for a while .Add all the powders along with salt n cook till the oil leaves the masala . Add the cashew nut paste water n stir well . then add a cup of water , add green peas n chopped mushrooms n cook till done .
