Prawns Chilly

Prawns Chilly

  • Prawns .. Washed peeled cleaned  .. 15  ( i used Tiger Prawns )
  • Oil for deep frying


For the marination

  • Chilly powder. 1 tblsp
  • Curd ..1 tblsp
  • Egg white ..2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder..1/2 tsp
  • Lime juice..1 tsp
  • Salt to taste .

Seasoning

  • Oil..1 tblsp
  • Spring onion ... 1 bunch
  • Green chilly .. 2 or according to the spice 
  • Ginger Garlic paste ..1 tsp
  • Tomato..1
  • Soya Sauce ..1 tsp
  • Chilly powder.. 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder ..1 tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder..1 tsp
  • Salt to taste


Method
In a bowl add the cleaned prawns, Chilly powder, curd, egg white, turmeric powder, ,lime juice n salt mix well n keep aside for sometime . Deep fry the marinated prawns n place it on a tissue paper to remove excess oil .

Wash n chop spring onion , tomato n slit green chilly .

In a kadai add oil add slit green chilly , spring onion n saute for a while .Add ginger garlic paste n fry for a minute . Add chopped tomato n cook till mushy n the raw smell goes . Add all the powders, soya sauce n salt .cook for a minute Then add the marinated fried prawns .Mix well .
