Hasi Kadale / Fresh green chick peas / Hara chana Upkari
- Fresh hara chana - 2 cups
- Salt to taste
- Oil- 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
- Urid dhal- 1tsp
- Hing- 2 pinch
- Green chilles -2 or according to the spice
- Curry leaves- 1 sprig
- Grated coconut- 2 tsp
- Lime juice - 1 tsp
Method
In a kadai add oil n splutter mustard seeds, add urid dhal n fry for a while , then add hing, chopped green chilles , curry leaves n fry for a minute . Add the fresh green chana along with little water n salt ..cover n cook till done .Then do the garnishing .
