Dry Mushroom  Manchurian .
  •  Mushrooms- 1 packet 
  • Oil - 1 tblsp 
  • Medium onions-2 
  • Garlic-6 flakes 
  • Ginger-1/2 inch  piece 
  • Green chillies-3 or 4
  • Ginger Garlic paste-1 tsp
  • Chilly powder-1/2 tsp
  • Soya Sauce-2 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup-2 tsp 
  • Red chilly sauce-2 tsp
  • Corn flour-1/4 th cup 
  • Spring Onion Greens - 1/2 bunch  
  • Salt to taste 
  • Oil for deep frying 

Method 

Wash mushrooms n slice them . 

In a bowl , add chilly powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, corn flour and very little water n sliced mushrooms ..mix well , keep for few mts n then  deep fry .

Chop onions n green chillies lengthwise .. Finely chop ginger and garlic .


Chop spring onion greens . 

In a kadai add oil , chopped garlic , chopped ginger and slit green chillies n fry for 2 to 4 mts . add sliced  onions n fry till pinkish red   ,add salt soya sauce, tomato ketchup,red chilly sauce n  fried mushrooms ..mix well till everything is coated well to the fried mushrooms n then garnish with chopped spring onion greens n mix well again .
