Cauliflower Lolipops......
- Cauliflower florets - 2 cups
- Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
- Salt- 1tsp
- Boiled water
To prepare the batter
- Besan/ Gram flour - 3 tblsp
- Corn flour- 2 tblsp
- Rawa /semolina- 1 tblsp
- Rice powder- 3 tsp
- Red chilly powder- 2 tsp
- Cumin powder- 1 tsp
- Coriander powder-1 tsp
- Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masla powder- 1 tsp
- water - very little to prepare the batter
- salt to tatse
Method
In the boiled water add salt , turmeric powder n add cauliflower florets . Keep covered for 10 mts and drain the water.
In a mixing bowl add besan, cornflour, rawa, rice powder, chilly powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder , garam masala powder, salt n water n make a thick batter ...
Heat oil in a deep bottomed kadai , dip the cauliflower florets in the batter n deep fry .
Roll silver foil to the stems and serve hot with ketchup !
