Chana dhal Urid dhal Chutney Powder
- Chana Dhal -1 cup
- Urid dhal-1 cup
- Coriander seeds-1/2 cup
- Dry red chillies- 12 /14 or according to the taste
- Curry leaves- 1 bunch
- Grated dry copra -1 cup
- Hing/Asafoetida- a generous pinch
- Mustard seeds- 2 tsp
- Tamarind - Tamarind seed size
- Salt to taste .
- Oil- 2 tsp
Method
In a kadai add oil n roast chana dhal, urid dhal, coriander seeds, red chillies, hing, curry leaves, grated copra,Mustard seed n tamarind separately ..cool n grind to a fine powder ..add salt n store in air tight bottle .
Goes well with Rice, dosa , idly ,
