Seasoning
Method
Wash the jack fruit pieces .
Wash the drumstick... chop into 2 inch pieces n remove the fibre .
In a vessel add the chopped raw jack fruit pieces n drumstick pieces along with little water n boil well till tender .
Grind all the ingredients meant to grind to a fine paste .
Add the ground paste to the cooked stuffs n boil again .
In a pan add oil n crushed garlic flakes n roast well till brownish red n pour this to the cooked gravy n mix well .
Potatoes- 3 medium
Dry red chillies- 3,broken
Oil-2 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
Hing/Asafoetida water-1/2 tsp
Grated coconut- 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method
Wash potatoes well ... peel them n Cut them into longish pieces.
In a kadai add oil n splutter mustard , add torn dry red chillies, add potato pieces along with very little water n salt .Cover n cook well till done .Add grated coconut n add in hing water .Mix well .
Method
Wash n remove the skin , Slice the kerala banana lengthwise .
In a bowl ,add chilly powder, hing, salt n then add sliced kerala banana ... n mix well ... keep for about 5 mts( sprinkle water only if needed )
Run the marinated sliced banana with rice flour .
Heat oil in a kadai , n drop the marinated banana slices in oil few at a time n deep fry on both sides till done .
Raw Jack fruit n Drumstick koddel !( Raw Jack fruit n drumstick cooked in coconut based gravy )
- Raw Jack fruit pieces - 1 cup
- Drumstick -1

- Grated coconut- 1 cup
- Roasted dry red chillies - 4 to 6
- Tamarind -Tamarind seed size
- Salt to taste

- Kerala Banana- 1
- Red chilly powder- 1 tsp
- Hing /asafoetida- 1/4 th tsp
- Rice flour - 4 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil as required to deep fry
