Rajasthani Aaloo Mutter ki Sabzi

Rajasthani Aaloo Mutter Ki Sabzi
  • Green peas-1 cup
  • Potatoes- 2  small
  • Tomato-1
  • Onion-1 
  • Oil-2 tsp
  • Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
  • Hing/Asafoetida- 2 pinch 
  • Cumin seeds- 1/4 th  tsp 
  • Curry leaves -1 sprig 
  •  Red Chilly powder- 11/2  tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 th tsp
  • Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder-1 tsp
  • Kasuri Methi-1 tsp 
  • Salt to taste 

Method
In a kadai add oil  ,splutter mustard ,cumin seeds,hing, curry leaves , chopped onions n fry till pink then add tomatoes n fry till the raw smell goes... add all the powders along with salt n water ..Add peas , chopped potatoes n kasuri methi ... cook well till done n then garnish with coriander leaves .
