Beetroot pachadi /Raitha 


  • Beetroot - 1  
  • Curd - 1 cup 


To grind 

  • Grated coconut- 1/2 cup 
  • Green chillies-3 
  • Hing/Asafoetida- 2 pinch 
  • Mustard seeds-1/4 th tsp 
  • Salt to taste 


Seasoning

  • Oil-1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
  • Urid dhal- 1 tsp 
  • Curry leaves- 1 sprig 


Method
Wash well , peel the beetroot  n grate it . 

Cook the grated beetroot in a pan without adding any water , once cooked add the ground paste n cook for about 5 minutes, then add curds, mix well  ... switch off immediately n then do the seasoning .
