Gooseberry Chutney

Gooseberry Chutney . 


  •  Gooseberry - 4 
  • Green chilly - 2 or according to spice  
  • Methi seeds - 1 pinch 
  • Hing - a generous pinch 
  • Salt to taste . 


Seasoning

  • Oil- 1 tsp 
  • Mustard - 1/2 tsp 


Method
Chop gooseberries .

In little oil fry methi seeds and hing . cool and grind it along with green chilles n chopped gooseberry to a semi coarse paste . Then give the seasoning .
