Gooseberry Chutney .
- Gooseberry - 4
- Green chilly - 2 or according to spice
- Methi seeds - 1 pinch
- Hing - a generous pinch
- Salt to taste .
Seasoning
- Oil- 1 tsp
- Mustard - 1/2 tsp
Method
Chop gooseberries .
In little oil fry methi seeds and hing . cool and grind it along with green chilles n chopped gooseberry to a semi coarse paste . Then give the seasoning .
