Instant Cabbage Vada

Instant Cabbage Vada 


  • Cabbage chopped - 2 cups 
  • Onions chopped - 1 cup 
  • Green chillies chopped -3 or according to the spice
  • Coriander seeds  pound ( crushed ) roughly -2 tsp . 
  • Besan Gram flour- 1/2 cup 
  • Rice flour- 2 tsp 
  • Chopped coriander leaves -3 tsp 
  • Oil as required to fry the vadas . 
  • salt to taste 


Method 
In a bowl , add chopped cabbage, chopped onions, chopped green chillies , coriander leaves chopped, coarsely pound coriander seeds, gram flour, rice flour , salt n mix well ..sprinkle water only if needed as the veggies tend to ooze out moisture . 

Form a lemon sized ball of the above mix n pat a little .

Heat oil in a kadai n drop these vadas 3 or 4 at a time n cook on both sides till crisp . 

Serve hot .
