Instant Cabbage Vada
- Cabbage chopped - 2 cups
- Onions chopped - 1 cup
- Green chillies chopped -3 or according to the spice
- Coriander seeds pound ( crushed ) roughly -2 tsp .
- Besan Gram flour- 1/2 cup
- Rice flour- 2 tsp
- Chopped coriander leaves -3 tsp
- Oil as required to fry the vadas .
- salt to taste
Method
In a bowl , add chopped cabbage, chopped onions, chopped green chillies , coriander leaves chopped, coarsely pound coriander seeds, gram flour, rice flour , salt n mix well ..sprinkle water only if needed as the veggies tend to ooze out moisture .
Form a lemon sized ball of the above mix n pat a little .
Heat oil in a kadai n drop these vadas 3 or 4 at a time n cook on both sides till crisp .
Serve hot .
