Govan Kane Undo /Broken Wheat Ladoo adding Jaggery
- Govan Kano /Broken Wheat ..1 Cup
- Jaggery .. Lemon size ..3 adjust according to the sweetness .
- Water ..1/2 cup ..
- Cashew nuts .. 12
- Almonds ..12
- Cardamom Powder..1/2 tsp
- Ghee ..2 tsp heaped .
- Ghee ... 1/2 tsp to grease the palm .
Method
Dry roast broken wheat till the color changes on low flame ..Remove it
Dry roast Cashew nuts n Almonds separately ..
Allow all the 3 roasted ingredients to cool completely .n then grind it to a semi coarse powder .. like idly rawa consistency .
In a kadai melt Jaggery in water for 1 string .. Remove from fire ..add roasted ground broken wheat mix along with ghee n cardamom powder n mix well .
Grease the palm n take little mixture of the above n form into round ladoo shape
Store in air tight container .
