Karathe Talasani with Bimbul / Bitter Gourd stir fry with Bilimbi

Karathe Talasani with  Bimbul  / Bitter Gourd stir fry  with Bilimbi   
  • Bitter Gourd ..2 medium 
  •  Bimbul /Bilimbi ..  3 to 4  
  • Oil.. 2 tsp
  • Garlic Flakes crushed .. 6 to 8 
  • Green chilly  ... 3
  • Jaggery .. Marble size 
  • Salt to taste .

Method
Wash the bitter gourd's , scrap the skin roughly , n chop length wise into 2 inch pieces . Apply salt n keep aside for sometime . squeeze well later . 

Wash n chop the bimbul length wise .


Slight Green Chilly .


In a kadai add oil, add crushed garlic flakes  n saute for a while till reddish brown . Add the chopped bitter gourd pieces, fry for a while n then add the slit bilimbi n slit green chilly ..stir for a second n then add  littlle water , jaggery n cook till done .
