Little  Millet/ Same Akki Tomato Baath with Hingwala Kadak Tadka Raitha

  • Little  Millet/ Same Akki...1 cup
  •  Water 1-3/4 th cup
  •  Ghee ..2 tsp
  •  Cinnamon stick..1/2 inch piece
  • cloves ..3 or 4
  •  Whole cardamom with skin..2
  •  Onion chopped ..1 
  • Ginger Garlic Paste ..1 tsp
  •  Tomatoes  ...3 huge chopped 
  • Red chilly powder..1/2 tsp 
  • Garam Masla powder..1/2 tsp
  •  Pav Bhaji Masala ..2 tsp 
  • Turmeric powder..1/4 th tsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves ... few for garnishing 
  • Salt to taste 

In a kadai add the little millet n dry roast it , not too much just warm is enough .... this roasting aids in grain grain n not mushy baath .... cool it n wash it with water as to remove dirt n stones if any ....

 in a pressure cooker add ghee then  add Cinnamon stick,cloves ,whole cardamom n  fry for a while ....then add chopped onion n fry till transparent , add ginger garlic paste n  fry it ... then add chopped tomatoes n cook till mushy n raw smell goes ...add all the masala ,add the washed little millet n fry for a while  , add water ,chopped coriander leaves , salt n mix well n pressure cook for 3 whistle . 

Hingwala Kadak Tadka Raitha
  •  Curds ..1 cup
  •  Salt to taste 
  •  Oil ..1 tsp
  •  Mustard seeds ..1/2 tsp 
  • Hing /Asafoetida ...2 pinch 
 Chun the curds to it add salt n then season it,,,
