- Whole Wheat Flour .. 1 cup
- Butter..1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed to prepare a soft dough .
- White Sesame Seeds ...1 tblsp
- Chopped coriander leaves ... 1/4 th cup
- Ghee to roast Rotti's .
Method
In a bowl add wheat flour, salt, butter n mix well ...add water little by little n need to a soft dough ...set aside for few mts .
Knead again n make equal sized balls ...
Dust a platform , place the dough ball n roll into round rottis, sprinkle white sesame seeds n chopped coriander leaves on it n press gently ..
Heat a tawa , place this rotti on it n cook on both sides adding little ghee ...
Mushroom Palak Masala
- Mushroom-1 packet
- Spinach /Palak-1 bunch
- Green chilly -2
- Oil-2 tsp
- Cumin seeds-3/4 th tsp
- Onion-1 medium
- Ginger-1/2 inch
- Garlic Flakes- 4
- Tomato-1
- Chilly powder-1 tsp
- Kitchen King Masala ..1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder- 1/4 th tsp
- Fresh milk-1/4 th cup
- Water-1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
Method
Wash n cook palak leaves with green chillies in little water ... cool n grind it to puree .
Wash the mushroom n slice them . Chop onion , tomato ..Crush ginger n garlic finely . In a kadai add oil n splutter cumin seeds , add chopped onion n fry till pinkish red , add finely crushed ginger n garlic n fry till raw smell goes, add chopped tomato n fry till mushy . Add salt , Add all the powders n fry for a minute . add the sliced mushroom's n little water n cook till soft , add the palak puree n boil well ..add milk n give a quick boil ...
