Ukde Seeth, Kela Koddel, Podale  upkari,Harvi Kele  Podi n Podala be talale 
kele koddel /Raw Banana cooked in coconut based masala gravy 
  • Randayi kele/ Raw Banana 
To grind to a fine paste 
  • Grated coconut ... 1 cup
  • Roasted dry red chillies... 6 
  • Tamarind ..Tamarind seed size 
Seasoning 
  • Oil..2 tsp
  • Crushed garlic flakes ..6 

Method 
Wash the raw banana , peel the skin n chop it into little bigger square chunks . Boil it in little water till soft .

Grind grated coconut, roasted dry red chillies n tamarind to a fine paste .

Add the ground paste to the cooked raw banana n boil well adding salt .

Then give the seasoning .


 Podale  Upkari / Snake Gourd  stir fry 
  • Snake Gourd ..1 , scrap the outer -skin roughly  , chop it into 2 inch pieces 2 cups 9 remove the seeds ) 
  • Oil-2 tsp
  • Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp 
  • Dry red chillies-2 or 3 according to the taste 
  • Jaggery ..a small piece 
  • Grated coconut - 1/4 th cup 
  • Water -1/4 th cup 
  • Salt to taste 
Method 
In a kadai add oil, mustard seeds once it stops spluttering add broken dry red chillies n fry for a sec n then add chopped snake gourd  along with water, jaggery n salt ..stir once n cook it covered till all the water evaporates . add grated coconut n mix well !  
 Randai Kela Podi /Raw Banana Fries ;) 
  • Raw Banana   - 1 ( wash ,peel n chop it into roundels  )
  • Red chilly powder- 2 tsp  
  • Turmeric powder- 1/4 th  tsp
  • Hing /Asafoetida- 1 pinch 
  • Rice Flour ... 4 tsp 
  • Salt to taste 
  • Oil to deep fry 
Method 
In a bowl add the  red chilly powder, turmeric powder , hing , salt n chopped raw banana roundels , sprinkle water  .. mix well . keep aside for 5 minutes .

Run the marinated  roundels over rice flour  .

Heat oil in a kadai n deep fry the marinated raw banana roundels  few at a time . 


Podala be talale /Snake Gourd seeds fries 

  • Podale b /Snake Gourd seeds ... of 2 snake gourds  gourd veggies about a cup 
  • Red chilly powder... 1 tsp 
  • Rice flour... 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder ..1/4 th tsp 
  • Salt to taste 
  • Oil for deep frying

Method 
In a bowl add the snake gourd seeds, red chilly powder, rice flour, turmeric powder n salt .. Mix well ... keep aside for a while .

Heat oil in a kadai n deep fry the marinated seeds few at a time till crisp ..Remove on tissue paper
