Egg Tikka Masala

Egg Tikka Masala 
  • Egss-4
  • Onion -2 medium ( 1 for paste -1 for seasoning )
  • Tomatoes- 1 huge 
  • Ginger Garlic paste -1 tsp
  • Red chilly powder- 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder-1/4 th tsp
  • Garam Masala-1/2 tsp 
  • Butter-2 tsp
  • Cream -2 tsp
  • Kasuri Methi- 2 tsp 
  • water-3/4 th  cup 
  • Oil-3 tsp 
  • Chopped coriander leaves-to garnish
  • Salt to taste . 

For Egg Marination 
  • Chilly powder- 1 tsp
  • Corn flour /Maida- 2 tsp 
  • Salt to taste .

Method 
Boil eggs with enough water adding a pinch of salt ..cool n remove the shell . 

Prick all over the boiled eggs with a fork ... 

In a bowl add chilly powder , salt n corn flour with little water n make a paste  ..drop in the pricked boiled eggs n mix it well with the paste . keep aside for 20 mts. 

On a tawa . add a tsp of oil n roast the marinated eggs well . keep aside . 

Make a paste of tomato , n also Onion separately .

Slice the other onion lengthwise.

In  a kadai add oil , add in the sliced onion n fry till pinkish red  , add in onion paste n fry till the raw smell goes n it turns pinkish , add ginger garlic paste n fry for a minute .. then add tomato paste n fry till the raw smell goes n the oil leaves the corners ... Add in all powders along with salt , fry for a minute n then add water n kasuri methi too n  boil well till the gravy thickens , then add butter n cream mix well . Garnish with coriander leaves n drop in the tawa roasted eggs .
