Rajasthani style stuffed Laccha Paratha with Dahi Lasun Tadkawala !

Rajasthani style stuffed  Laccha Paratha with  Dahi Lasun Tadkawala !
  • Wheat flour- 1 cup  
  • water as needed
  • salt to taste 
For stuffing
  • Besan/Gram flour-  1/4 th cup 
  • Red chilly powder- 3 tsp 
  • Cumin seeds- 1 tsp 
  • Hing /Asafoetida- 2 pinch 
  • Oil- 5 tsp 
  • Salt to taste 
Method 
1st prepare normal chapathi dough n keep aside .  

In a kadai dry roast besan till the raw smell goes ... allow it to cool n then add salt, chilly powder, cumin seeds , hing and oil ... make it as a paste . 

Roll out chapathis n apply the above paste evenly , n fold 1/2 a inch n seal at the edges  ..repeat it for the rest  portion .Once this is done , roll it into a coil n seal the end , Flatten a little n roll out like chapathi not using much pressure .

Heat a Tawa , n place this laccha paratha over it , apply ghee n roast on both sides till crisp ...


I just grated some cheese over it 4 that extra yumz flavour ;)  


Dahi Lasun Tadkawala 

  • Curd's ..1 cup
  •  Salt to taste 

Season

  •  Oil ..2 tsp
  •  Garlic flakes crushed ... 4 to 6 
  • Green chilly crushed 1 or 2 


Method 
Churn the curds , add it in a bowl , add salt n mix ... then season ... 

Serve the Stuffed Laccha Paratha  with Raitha
