Tofu Panpolo
- Raw Rice -2 cups
- Tofu-1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
Method
Soak rice for 2 hours n grind it along with tofu to a very fine paste .Add water n make it thinner , add salt .
Heat a dosa pan ,smear oil n splash a ladle full batter n let it spread on its own .
cover n cook on only 1 side n then fold it into a triangle shape .
Serve hot with any dip of ur choice .
