Tomato omelette .
- Besan /Gram flour -1 cup
- Maida -1/4 th cup
- Medium Tomatoes-3
- Medium Onion's -2
- Green chillies -2 or according to the taste
- Coriander leaves -4 tsp
- water -as needed to form a dosa batter
- salt to taste
Method Sieve n mix both the flours in a deep bowl along with salt . add water n mix well so that no lumps are formed.
chop all the vegetable's and add to the above batter n mix well .. no need to ferment .
Heat a dosa pan .. smear oil n spread a ladle full of batter , close d lid n cook for a minute ..flip over the dosa n roast on the other side too !
Note : The batter has to be medium ..not thick nor watery !
Serve Hot with any dip of your choice .
