Thousali - sweet cucumber dosa

Thousali- Sweet cucumber Dosa 
  • Raw Rice/Dosa Rice- 1 cup
  • Grated Jaggery- 1/2 to 3/4 th cup
  • Grated coconut- 3/4 th cup
  • Tender Grated cucumber- 1 cup
  • Salt to taste 
Method
Soak rice in water for two hours. 

Peel the cucumber skin , remove the seeds by slicing it n grate it ..keep it aside for sometime n then squeeze it well ... retain the water .

Grind the grated coconut, rice , jaggery with the retained cucumber water . Remove the batter add salt n then grated cucumber ..mix well ... make the batter as dosa consistency .

Heat a dosa tawa, smear oil n pour a ladle full of batter  n spread evenly not too thin or thick ..close  the lid n cook ..drizzle oil on the corner n roast on other side .

Serve with Ghee/butter .
