Mooli /Radish Paratha ..Version 1 
  • whole wheat flour – 2 cups
  • Mooli/Radish – 3
  • Chilly Powder – 1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder- 1tsp 
  • Cumin Powder -1tsp
  • Oil-2 tsp
  • Coriander chopped -2tsp 
  • Salt to taste
Method
  Grate Radish .

In a bowl , add wheat flour , salt and all the powders  , grated radish , chopped coriander leaves and oil .  mix well n form a soft dough n keep covered under moist cloth for 1/2 an hour . 

Divide the dough into equal sized balls and then roll them into parathas using little flour to dust while rolling .

Heat a tawa n place the paratha over it n roast on both sides with ghee /oil . 

Serve hot with Raitha n Chutney .
