Alvi Payasam
- Alvi seeds - 1/2 cup
- Edible Gum -2 tsp
- water - 2 cup
- Jaggery - 3/4 th cup
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Cashewnuts n Raisins fried in ghee - 2 tsp
- Grated dried copra- 4 tsp
- Ghee - 2 tsp
wash the alvi seeds n soak it in water overnight .
Boil it adding water, jaggery n edible gum ... then add dried copra , milk n fried dry fruits n just before serving add Ghee .
