Alvi Payasam


Alvi Payasam
  • Alvi seeds - 1/2 cup
  • Edible Gum -2 tsp 
  • water - 2 cup
  • Jaggery - 3/4 th cup
  • Milk - 1/2 cup 
  • Cashewnuts n Raisins fried in ghee - 2 tsp
  • Grated dried copra- 4 tsp 
  • Ghee - 2 tsp 
Method 
wash the alvi seeds n soak it in water overnight .

Boil it adding water, jaggery n edible gum ... then add  dried copra , milk n fried dry fruits n just before serving add Ghee .
