Pasta - Szechwan style !

  • Delmonte spirali tri coloured pasta- 2 cups
  • Shredded cabbage -1/2 cup
  • Finely chopped beans -1/2 cup
  • Finely chopped capcicum -1/2 cup
  • Finely chopped spring onions -1/2 cup 
  • Ching's Schezwan sauce (available in the stores)-2 or 3tsp
  • Garlic chopped -1 tsp
  • Green chillies slit-2 or 3 , according to the taste
  • Vinegar-1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce-1/2 tsp 
  • 2 tsp oil
  • Oregano-1 tsp
  • Salt to taste 
Garnishing 
Cheese - 1 cube  

 Method to prepare pasta
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil with a tsp of oil . Cook pasta in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes, or till cooked n then  drain.
  Method
In a kadai add oil , add chopped garlic, slit green chillies .. n saute for 2 mts ... add in all the veggies n saute till cooked ,add soya sauce, vinegar, Schezuan sauce and cook for another minute. Add the  cooked pasta, salt ,oregano and mix well. Toss for a few seconds till all the ingredients are mixed well .

Garnish with grated cheese .
 
Serve hot.
