Avocado Paratha

Avocado Paratha 
  • Ripe avocado-1
  • Green chillies-2
  • Garlic flakes- 3
  • Finely chopped Coriander leaves- 3 tsp
  • lemon juice- 3 tsp
  •  wheat flour-11/2 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • oil/ghee for roasting

Method 

Remove the skin of avocado n mash it well with the backside of the spoon .

Crush  garlic n green chillies . 

In a bowl, mix every thing together except oil and knead it well till the dough is smooth .Keep it covered with damp cloth for 20 minutes.

Divide the dough into equal balls n Roll into Parathas n roast well with oil/ghee on both sides. 

Serve hot with butter /pickle/Raitha
