Pumpkin idlies ( Dudde Kadamb)
  • Grated pumpkin -1 cup
    Idly rawa- 1/2 cup 
  • Coconut - 1/2 cup
    Jaggery - a small piece 
  •  Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp 
  •  Salt to taste

Method 
Soak idly rawa in water for 20 mts.squeeze it well .

Grind grated coconut and jaggery . 

In a bowl add the rice rawa, grated pumpkin, ground mix , cardamom powder n salt  ..keep for sometime . 

Grease an idly mould ..pour the  batter and steam for 20 mts . 

Serve hot with butter /chutney .
