Crispy baby corn fries with ground masala

Crispy baby corn  fries with ground masala 
  • Baby Corn - 12 to 15
  • Kashmiri Chillies -10 to 12
  • Coriander seeds- 2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds-1/4 th tsp 
  • Hing/Asafoetida-2 pinch 
  • Tamarind -Tamarind seed size 
  • Raw rice - one fist 
  • Fine semolina -1/4 th cup 
  • salt to taste  

Method 
Wash n slit baby corn length wise . 

Soak raw rice n chillies for about an hour n grind it along with coriander seeds, cumin seeds, hing, tamarind with little water to a semi coarse paste ... remove and add salt .

Mix the ground masala with baby corn ..run over chirotti rawa n deep fry till crisp .
