Toushe Muddo wrapped in turmeric leaves . ( cucumber idlies )
  • Raw Rice -1 cup 
  • Grated coconut-1/2 to 3/4 th cup 
  • Jaggery -2 marble size 
  • Grated tender Cucumber-2 cups
  •  Salt to taste 

For wrapping 
  • Turmeric leaves 14 to 16

Method
Soak rice in water for about 2hrs. Drain n grind it along with grated coconut , jaggery and salt . Dont grind it fine ! it should be idli rawa consistency ! . Remove the ground batter and add grated cucumber and mix well.


Now Place one turmeric leaf beneath another as + symbol ... place handful of mixture on the centre  n fold the leaves tightly . Heat a steamer n place all the wrapped leaves intact with folded leaves downwards.n steam for 15 to 20 mts.

Serve hot with Butter n Ginger chutney !

Note : The batter shouldn't be watery .. it has to be thick !
