Ginger Chutney
- Ginger- 2 inch piece
- Green chillies - 2 or 3
- Grated coconut-1 cup
- Tamarind -Tamarind seed size
- Salt to taste .
Method
Wash n peel the ginger n grind it along with grated coconut, green chillies , tamarind n salt to a fine paste .
