Veg Schezwan Fried Rice

Veg Schezwan Fried Rice
  • 2 cups cooked rice ( Zeera /Basmathi )
  •  French beans finely chopped -1/2 cup
  • Carrot finely chopped-1/2 cup
  •  Spring onions finely chopped -1/2 cup
  • Capsicum chopped -1/2 cup
  •  Ching's Schezwan sauce (available in the stores)-3 to 4 tsp
  • Garlic chopped -1 tsp
  • Green chillies slit-2 /3 or according to the taste
  • Vinegar-1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce-1/2 tsp 
  • 2 tsp oil
  • Ajinamoto-1/4 th tsp (optional )
  • Salt to taste    
Method
In a kadai add oil , add chopped garlic, slit green chillies .. n saute for 2 mts ... add in all the veggies n saute till cooked ,add soya sauce, vinegar, Schezuan sauce and cook for another minute. Add the  cooked rice , salt and mix well. Toss for a few seconds till all the ingredients are mixed well .
 
Serve hot.
