Veg Schezwan Fried Rice
- 2 cups cooked rice ( Zeera /Basmathi )
- French beans finely chopped -1/2 cup
- Carrot finely chopped-1/2 cup
- Spring onions finely chopped -1/2 cup
- Capsicum chopped -1/2 cup
- Ching's Schezwan sauce (available in the stores)-3 to 4 tsp
- Garlic chopped -1 tsp
- Green chillies slit-2 /3 or according to the taste
- Vinegar-1/2 tsp
- Soya sauce-1/2 tsp
- 2 tsp oil
- Ajinamoto-1/4 th tsp (optional )
- Salt to taste
In a kadai add oil , add chopped garlic, slit green chillies .. n saute for 2 mts ... add in all the veggies n saute till cooked ,add soya sauce, vinegar, Schezuan sauce and cook for another minute. Add the cooked rice , salt and mix well. Toss for a few seconds till all the ingredients are mixed well .
Serve hot.
