Pasta in butter masala !
- 2 cups -Rigate penne pastaVeggies like carrot, baby corn , beans, peas, brocolli -1 cup3 -onions,
- 3- tomatoes( make puree )
- cashewnuts-1 fist make paste ..
- 2tsp-Ginger Garlic Paste
- 11/2tsp -Garam Masala
- 1 tsp -haldiChilly flakes-1tsp
- 11/2 tsp -coriander powder,
- 1 tsp- zeera /cumin powder
- 100 gms -Unsalted ButterKasuri methi-1tsp
- 1 glass -Milk
- Garnishing Cheese cube -1
- coriander leaves for garnishing
- salt to taste
Method to cook Penne Pasta
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil with a tsp of oil . Cook pasta in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes, or till cooked n then drain.
Heat 2 tsp of oil n add finely chopped onions fry till pink .Add Ginger garlic paste ..
.. fry for a while .. add in tomatoo
puree , cook till d raw smell goes,add all the veggies n sauthe till cooked .... add garam masala powder, haldi
powder, coriender powder, zeera powder ,chilly flakes n fry it for a while .. then add
cashewnut paste , fry for a minute, add in unsalted butter , salt , when it
melts add milk ..add d cooked pasta , kasuri methi n garnish with coriander
leaves n grated cheese .
