Pasta in butter masala !

Pasta in butter masala ! 
  •   2 cups -Rigate penne pasta
    Veggies like carrot, baby corn , beans, peas, brocolli -1 cup  
    3 -onions,
  •  3- tomatoes( make puree )
  •  cashewnuts-1 fist make paste ..
  • 2tsp-Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 11/2tsp -Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp -haldi 
    Chilly flakes-1tsp 
  • 11/2 tsp -coriander powder,
  • 1 tsp- zeera /cumin powder
  • 100 gms -Unsalted Butter 
     Kasuri methi-1tsp 
  • 1 glass -Milk
  • Garnishing  Cheese cube -1
  • coriander leaves for garnishing
  • salt to taste
Method to cook Penne Pasta 

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil with a tsp of oil . Cook pasta in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes, or till cooked n then  drain.

Heat 2 tsp of oil n add finely chopped onions fry till pink .Add Ginger garlic paste  ..
.. fry for a while ..  add in tomatoo puree , cook till d raw smell goes,add all the veggies n sauthe till cooked .... add garam masala powder, haldi powder, coriender powder, zeera powder ,chilly flakes n fry it for a while .. then add cashewnut paste , fry for a minute, add in unsalted butter , salt , when it melts add milk ..add d cooked pasta , kasuri methi  n garnish with coriander leaves n grated cheese .
