Kolambe ( Brined raw mango ) Gojju with Ground Masala

Kolambe  ( Brined Raw Mango ) Gojju  with Ground Masala 
  • Brined Raw Mangoes-2 
  • Roasted dry red chillies-4 to 5 
  • Grated coconut-1 cup 
  • Garlic flakes-4 to 5 

Method
Wash the brined mangoes n soak it in water to remove the extra salt . Remove the skin n chop them .

Grind grated coconut , garlic flakes , roasted chillies n chopped brined raw mangoes to a fine paste . 

Note : Add salt only if required after tasting the gojju ! as the raw mangoes r already brined ! ...
