Kolambe ( Brined Raw Mango ) Gojju with Ground Masala
- Brined Raw Mangoes-2
- Roasted dry red chillies-4 to 5
- Grated coconut-1 cup
- Garlic flakes-4 to 5
Method
Wash the brined mangoes n soak it in water to remove the extra salt . Remove the skin n chop them .
Grind grated coconut , garlic flakes , roasted chillies n chopped brined raw mangoes to a fine paste .
Note : Add salt only if required after tasting the gojju ! as the raw mangoes r already brined ! ...
Archu,could you please tell me how to brine these mangoes as mine always gets a white layer on top. is that fine?
